Dyan was great! She greeted me despite being in the middle of helping someone else (While others ignored me) and makes such a good first impression for the store. I appreciate everything she did. Do not let her go. The dealership gets a 2.5 to 3 stars. The new car was dead in our garage on Day 2 requiring us to call a tow truck. Imagine how much doubt we had about our purchase.
