Everyone I talked to was very helpful and respectful. Tom my sales guy made my car shopping experience the best anyone can possibly ask for, returned calls in a timely manner and showed great professionalism. Grapevine Mercedes dealership will be at the top of my list when shopping for another vehicle.
Val was absolutely amazing! It all started with a simple phone call. I reached out to Mercedes Benz of Grapevine as well as another Mercedes dealership to inquire about an extended warranty on our current E450. The other dealership never got back to me, but Val did. The dealership was very pretty, but not the most comfortable. What shined was Tom. Excellent customer service from top to bottom. So good that I would absolutely recommend to friends and family that they speak with him if they are at all interested in Mercedes.
Everyone at the dealership is so kind and welcoming. They make you feel at home and do not pressure you. Beaux Benson was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect vehicle. His goal was for us to be 100% happy and to leave with exactly what we wanted. I felt no pressure and left feeling very happy and confident in my purchase. I will be a lifelong customer. Nice facility but the Service check in and picking up the car was a circus. Too many cars not enough people. Need more service lanes and people.
