Justin is the Best! Justin Beck was a great sales person for me. I am a three time car owner of Mercedes and I am pretty particular. Justin went out of his way to help me narrow down what model I wanted to go with, searched their national data base to find the color scheme and options that I wanted, and by the decision time, I had decided on one right there on their lot. Great Customer Service From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an uobeat attitude. Then as I was introduced to my sales associate, he treated me with class and respect. great experience! It was great to work with not only Park place but also Alejandro. This is my third Benz with PP but it didn't come with easy terms. I has many things to work thru outside of buying a car but it was definately time to start looking at options. During the last 3,4,5,6 months before signing, Alejandro reached out and asked what my plan was and how he can help. Park Place Mercedes-Benz in Grapevine is great! I recently purchase a 2013 ML 350. My salesperson, Alex Southard, was absolutely marvelous. It was clear to me that he was committed to my satisfaction, rather than merely selling me a car. His knowledge, patience and professionalism were representative of the fine treatment that I have received from everyone at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine. Five Stars from me!?

Alejandro Perez, Super Salesperson I dealt with Alejandro Perez . I met with on a Thursdqy just looking at an used Explorer not really intending on purchasing. He answer all of my questions straight forward . I requested their offer and I received what I consider an extremley good offer ( the first time , as I hate to bicker back and forth) . From Lexus to Mercedes Justin is a very professional and informed salesperson. It was actually a good experience buying our new car. He made sure we were satified with our purchase and even followed up with us several days after the purchase. Great "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!!!!! We highly recommend that one visit with Justin should they consider buying a Mercedes.
