Don Vaughan made this process so easy! As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by several salesman. Our salesman, Don, answered all our questions, helped me understand the functions of the car, and was incredibly patient. I really appreciate how easy this process was and how friendly the environment was. I've only had to bring my car back to the dealership to put on my license plate and to get a coating on the car. Overall, I really enjoyed my car buying process here at the Mercedes-Benz Grapevine dealership.

I will only purchase Mercedes Benz now since they are great running cars.. I have only had to come back to Mercedes for one recall notice. I have only brought my car in for Maintenance.
