Outstanding experience purchasing from Charles and PPG Six months ago I purchased a CLA250 from Charles and it was a great experience. Charles was extremely patience with me and made himself available to my every question, regardless of the time. I had to wait for my car to arrive and Charles made sure he reached out to me everyday to update me on the status. I would definitely recommend Charles to anyone that is looking to buy at Park Place Grapevine!!

Misrepresented - In a GREAT WAY! I had been searching for a 2008 Corvette on line and found "THE" car at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine, TX. Being somewhat of a skeptic, I reviewed the photos, contacted the dealership via email on a Sunday and by that evening (although the dealership was closed) a great response back from Mr. Lance Jenkins. Awesome Purchasing a vehicle is one of my least most favorite things to do, but working with John Baskin made this an awesome experience. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had all the answers to any questions I had. Event hough I had to order my CLA he kept me inform as to when it was scheduled to arrive. I would differently recommend Park Place to friends and family. Thanks John.

The place to buy your next Mercedes-Benz! I had a great experience at Park Place MB Grapevine. My primary contact was the Internet Sales Manager, Corey Bedford. He made the whole experience so easy. His warm personality makes everyone feel welcome and most importantly he takes special efforts to give you all that you ask for. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car!

First experience with Park Place Mercedes-Benz Grapevine From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome an although Doug was with another customer he introduced us to Rock and they both helped us pick out the right car for our needs and the whole buying process was like a symphony and everyone was there working together to make sure we had best experience.
