Amazing Customer Service I recently purchased a 2014 Mercedes C250 from Park Place - Mercedes Benz Grapevine. My experience was amazing from start to finish. Shola Bolomope was so kind and helpful. Unlike other car buying experiences, I did not feel pressured at all. I felt like Shola and all of the other gentleman had my best interest at heart. One thing that I really love is that two months after my purchase, I am still receiving the same quality service!

An excellent place to buy a car. I have bought several cars form Park p Place before and just bought 2 new cars. They are consistently a great experience ever time. A good and Great service. I will always shop them first .

I was made to feel like your family Mr.Doug Prince made me feel at home, I have now purchased two vehicles from him all I can say what a team him and his assistant Mr. Alejandro Perez made me feel like family. Not only did they meet my expectations they exceeded them by far.

Customer Service above and Beyond When you visit the dealership work with Mani Yassan -- goes out of his way to assist and find what the customer truly wants in a new or used vehicle. Love my new car.... He listened to the options I wanted on the vehicle and found the perfect one for me. Car was sparkling when it was delivered to me and he went over on how to use the options I had picked. Customer Service was excellent...... Started out with a pre-owned and purchased a new vehicle.
