Our first time This is the first time we have purchased a Mercedes. We have been very pleased with all of the personnel we have worked with, especially Chad Clark, our sales person. All contacts have been very positive and we look forward to working in the future with the staff there.

Park Place Grapevine is the best place to buy a Mercedes. Shola Bolomope is the best salesman ever. He is very polite and knowledgeable. The folks at the dealership are fantastic. Everyone is so helpful. O my next car need, I will be sure to go back. I will recommend the Park Place to all my friends. It is indeed a 5 star place.

New Car Purchase I have purchased five new Mercedes from Park Place Grapevine, The last three vehicles have been purchased with Don Vaughn. The service provided by Don is always exceptional. I was having difficulty deciding which vehicle to purchase. It was freezing cold they day I came to the dealership. Deal with Darrin! Darrin provided excellent customer service from the start. He found the exact car I wanted within a week and we negotiated to a price I thought was great. He is a "no pressure" salesman who delivers. He made me feel very special and my GL is absolutely perfect! I recommend him and Pete and will certainly deal with them again. I have previous buying experience with the Park Place family and that is why I chose this dealership. They certainly exceeded my expectations!

True to their word...a true five star company I was in the market for an E320 Bluetec and had found a 2008 with 74,000 miles for $21,000 at a local small dealer. The car was pristine and priced at 21,500. I decided to go forward and have them work out financing, after 48 hours the best they could find was 60 months at 6.5%. I was unsatisfied with the deal so I continued my search and found an identical 2008 with 74,000 miles on the clock at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine, but they were asking $23,500. My salesman, Darrin Cline, was great to work with in the purchase of my Mercedes. He is very detail oriented, friendly, courteous, and goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is taken care of. His supervisor, Marc Shephard, was also a pleasure to get to know and work with. Park Place has a very nice showroom, and service center as well as a very nice customer lounge.
