We visited Park Place looking for a High Quality car to We visited Park Place looking for a High Quality car to replace my wife's BMW 740i that she had used for to many years. We were impressed with Mani's concern for our desires and his knowledge of the inventory. We drove several cars and selected the E350 that she fell in love with. We have only had it a month so have not had need to visit the service department but if Mani is an example, I'm sure we will be more than satisfied.

I have given Shola high ratings because his service was excellent. He went out of his way to show me all the available options. I came to the dealership with a different car in mind but I ended up with something completely different. I have no regrets. If it was not for Shola's service I would not have got what I did. When you go to ParkPlace Mercedes Benz in Grapevine, always ask for John Baskin for new car sales. John is very professional, experience, knowledgeable, and courteous. His major concern is not to make a sale rather to meet the needs of the customer. Absolutely no pressure what so ever. Even the purchase process was painless. We had short negotiation on trade in and that's it. It probably took us less then couple of hours to drive car home.

I like to ask a lot of questions and run numbers. Nedd was very responsive, knowledgeable, candid and patient. I was pleased with the experience and would recommend him to others.

Darryl had a tough assignment. He absolutely GOT IT DONE. Awesome experience. Those guys don't get discouraged. They WILL hook you up. Trust me.

Shola Bolomope was my Sales Rep from Park Place Mercedes and he did a phenomenal job of making the purchase of my GLK very easy and enjoyable.
