Great Purchase experience Most recently we returned to Park Place to purchase our 4th and 5th Mercedes. We keep coming back because the experience is beyond compare. Tony Bedford has taken good care of us on multiple occasions, including helping our daughter with the purchase of a used Honda from their inventory. We keep our cars for a long time, and the service department at Park Place has always been fantastic.

Outstanding experience purchasing from Charles and PPG Six months ago I purchased a CLA250 from Charles and it was a great experience. Charles was extremely patience with me and made himself available to my every question, regardless of the time. I had to wait for my car to arrive and Charles made sure he reached out to me everyday to update me on the status. Misrepresented - In a GREAT WAY! I had been searching for a 2008 Corvette on line and found "THE" car at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine, TX. Being somewhat of a skeptic, I reviewed the photos, contacted the dealership via email on a Sunday and by that evening (although the dealership was closed) a great response back from Mr. Lance Jenkins. Awesome Purchasing a vehicle is one of my least most favorite things to do, but working with John Baskin made this an awesome experience. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had all the answers to any questions I had. Event hough I had to order my CLA he kept me inform as to when it was scheduled to arrive.
