Without going into specific detail, Park Place Mercedes (specifically the Grapevine Location) and Darryl Muldrow are TOP NOTCH. They made my family's car purchasing experience pleasant and easy while being completely professional. I know I'll be buying another Mercedes Benz in the future and my first and likely only stop will be Park Place Mercedes - Grapevine.

First of all, Mercedes-Benz is classified as an international "King Of The Road"! Doug Prince has earned my extended families repeat business over the last decade. His earnest follow-up care with my mother has been above and beyond, and that alone would rate a very positive review from me. However, I now own a car sold by Doug Prince. I owned a 2005 C230, had been going to Park Place Grapvine (Euless) for maintenance for many years. PPG is by far the most Customer oriented dealership I have ever been to. Jonathan did a fantastic job assisting us in our vehicle search. We had been to the dealership on several occasions, and had not made a final decision.
