We have been buying Mercedes cars for over 30 years. Tony has been our sales person since Park Place opened! He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile! Even though we don't live in the Mid-Cities any longer, we still call Tony when we are looking for a new car! Tony Bedford IS Park Place Motorcars Mercedes! Everyone at the dealership, from the receptionist to mechanics should be proud to work for Park Place. After all, it is the employees that make the company what it is!

My husband and I have purchase several vehicles throughout our life but I must say the experience we had with Mercedes Benz tops them all. From the time we walked the parking lot to us driving off in our new vehicle the experience was sincere and genuine. We never felt pressured! All our questions were answered with great detail. On a fine afternoon, my husband and I wondered around, and stopped into Park Place Mercedes-Benz Grapevine just to take a look at C250. We were introduced to Kat Williams. This began my journey to get my DREAM CAR, E350. What an excellent job Kat Williams did. I had a wonderful car buying experience. Kat was very personable and easy to talk to. I do appreciate her patience and professionalism. I am thankful to Kat Williams and Andrei Popa-Martine for my dream come true.

Sales staff terrific-Steven was very upfront and professional, and Bob's experience really came through closing out the deal. Chris was detailed in finance department. I will seek them out in the future.

Lance Jenkins is the best in taking all of the anxiety out of buying a car: he makes it easy. He backs up everything he says with results. I intend to buy my next car from him. Park Place is the place and I recommend it to all of my friends (and anybody else too).

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Doug Prince. Doug is an excellent salesperson, very professional. He doesn't pressure you. He answers all your questions about the vehicle you are looking at. He worked with me in getting me the best deal. Doug's assistant Charles did a great job in explaining all the new systems in the vehicle. I appreciate that Doug and Charles call to check on my new purchase.
