David Park is the best! I did not think I was going to buy this car from this dealership, but my experience with David changed my mind completely. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. I've never bought a car with so little effort, and so quickly in my life. I will be recommending him highly to anyone who is in market for Mercedes vehicle.

From the moment we were greeted at the door by Kurtis Walker our experience was exceptional. All we came in contact were very friendly and helpful. It was the easiest and quickest sale I've had. I was expecting the car buying experience to be long and hard. But the team at the dealership made it a a hassle and stress free experience. Thanks for that! Tim is one of the best Mercedes sales personnel I have dealt with. He was very friendly and payed close attention to what we were looking for before steering us to the model and equipment we needed. He made us feel that it was all about us and whether we would be happy with the purchase not just that he was able to make a sale. There was no pressure but appeared to be plenty of incentive. Jonathan was a super guy. Very helpful and friendly. John Picinic was my salesman in 2009. I enjoyed the experience so much in 2009, I came back to buy from Park Place again. He made the finance portion virtually painless. Would highly recommend both of these two guys.

I didn't actually realize I was going to purchase a vehicle whenever I visited Park Place Motorcars in Grapevine. What started out as getting ideas for a new purchased, turned into an actual purchase of a 2008 Mini Cooper. Never had I thought when I drove back home that it would be in an amazing car, and at an amazing price. I had a wonderful experience at Park Place Motorcars. I had been looking at vehicles at Mercedes Benz of Plano but decided to purchase at Park Place because they were more professional and patient. Johnathan was a wonderful salesperson to work with. He listened to what I wanted and was able to find me the perfect car for me. Joey and Mike were very professional in the handling of the transaction as well as the demonstration of the vehicle purchased. Joey was helpful in answering questions on the phone as well as via e-mail about the specific vehicle I wanted to purchase and offered to pick me up at the airport when I came to acquire the vehicle.
