This is the second car I bought from Park Place and specifically Don Vaughn. Both times they were excellent experiences. I would recommend this dealership and the sales consultant to anyone.

Very good quality of service and level of dedication from both Sales Person and Internet Sales Manager. Dealership facilities were also very impressive and all staff seemed very pleasant.

In searching to trade in my vehicle for a pre-owned vehicle, I was very pleased to find that the Mercedes dealership in Grapevine was both well located and extremely reasonably priced. Our car search experience was further enhanced by working with Kurtis Walker. Kurtis was very attentive to what we were looking for, and upon trade in ensured that our pre-owned C300 looked and drove like a brand new car. I really appreacited talking with him, and look forward to future purcahses through Park Place Grapevine.

I am 42 yrs old and have purchased a lot of cars in my life and never have I been treated better than I was at Park Place! Rock is incredible! he went above and beyond explaining everything to me then had to do it all over again for the wife and a 3rd time for the kid. The car (E350) is perfect it drives like a dream when I brought it home the first night I couldn't get my wife to stop crying she was so happy. It was her perfect Birthday gift. Thanks Rock and Park Place I will be back and I'll bring friends.

I've only had one car in my lifetime and I didn't consider a Mercedes as my next car. Not because I'm not fond of the brand, but I didn't think it was affordable considering my current financial obligations. However, I pray about everything (especially major decisions) and I was led to Mercedes. My overall experience was great and I went home with what was promised to me. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He was knowledgable of the products, and answered every question patiently without making us feel we were imposing on his time. The overall process was excellent, and we always felt that Park Place wanted our business, and wanted to make us feel special. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
