I just purchased my first Mercedes from Park Place Mercedes Grapevine. It was a no pressure, quick and easy experience from the first time Don Vaughn, New Car Sales Consultant responded to my online request up until the time I signed the purchase agreement. Buying my Mercedes at Park Place was, by far, my best "car buying" experience ever. Tony Bedford was very knowledgeable about the various aspects of the cars and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I was never rushed in any decisions and got a great deal. The whole experience was "Top Notch".

Mr. Jenkins is a superb salesperson. He is very knowledgeable, kind and showed genuine interest by providing me with a range of choices instead of just trying to sell me something that was really out of my league (which is where I was headed). I learned a lot about buying cars and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
