Doug Prince is the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. This is my second MB that I have gotten through Doug and I will be back. He is professional, easy going, no pressure and makes the buying process painless. The new facility is also the nicest car dealership I have ever visited. I can't say enough good things about Doug and Park Place.

Joey showed me just what I asked him to show me. I made one trip and found a vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle is in great shape and was a good value versus brand new with same options.

Park Place is very professional dealership, the entire staff was friendly and very approachable. Debbie Watts did an excellent job, maintaining professionalism through a tough negotiation. My experience with Parks Place, Grapevine, Texas was handled very professional with Doug Prince. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Doug was very helpful in the decision of buying a used Mercedes. Upon our arrival Marty was friendly and patient with us as we asked question after question. Never pushy or just trying to "sell" us a car but rather was more involved in knowing what our needs were for the type of car we needed or wanted.
