Overall the experience with Kurtis Walker was great! I had been shopping for some time and I am a shopper that only makes the purchase if I feel absolutely comfortable. This was the case with Kurtis and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and relatives. The only down fall was the finance experience with John Picinic, he was not sincere and I felt he was rushing the entire process. This was the most pleasant and painless car purchase I have ever made. I cannot say enough about Rob Leone and the other staff members who helped me; everyone was so courteous and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy, and Rob was very patient and answered all my questions. It was actually a wonderful experience. I love my car, and will probably be a Mercedes-Benz owner for life.

I would have given all fives, but we actually traded up my car for navigation in a newer model. While I love my car, I didn't notice I lost my seat warmers in this one and wished we would have looked at that option as well. All in all a good experience. I also arrived to pick up my plates and your car wash was already closed at 4? What about us who work and want a nice wash after?

We had a great experience at the Park Place dealership. Our salesman Tim Allred was great at showing us the car we were interested in and was great explaining everything about the car. He also showed us around the dealership and service department and that is one thing I look for when buying a car is how good is the service department. We have already decided to buy this car after the lease to give to my daughter and would like to come back and have Tim sell us another car. Lisa Grady

Russ is experienced and very informative. Asked great questions about my needs so we could discuss model and vehicle options. Was a big help in providing finance options to save me money. No pressure, professional and put my interests first.

I was disappointed that the makeready shop did not go the extra to make my experience complete. Caps over the taillights were requested to be removed and they did not bother with the lame excuse of "did not want to damage the existing lenses". As a result I am now doing it myself...with a little effort and patience. The sales effort from Nigel was fine and he was very helpful.
