I would highly recommend Park Place Mercedes Grapevine and specifically our salesperson Mani Yassan. Mani listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was and when something came in that fit, he called us right away. He was knowledgeable and answered our many questions. When it came time to do the deal, there was none of the nonsense that we have endured when buying cars in the past. He accommodated our requests and came to us with a fair deal. I walked in and felt like I was at home. I went to 6 different dealerships before this one and each dealership was the same; everybody was "overly friendly" and pressured me into buying a car...especially a car that I didn't want because they wanted me to buy a new car...I didn't want a new car. At the other dealerships, when it was time to talk numbers...they played games with me. Corey was very personable and attentive to my needs. He located the vehicle which corresponded to those needs and negociated acceptable pricing to close me. The delivery was quick and pleasant and I probably will contact Corey for another vehicle in the future.

Don was a true professional and handled everything in a professional manner, from greeting me, to working with me, to placing a follow up call to me which, by the way, got me to return to the dealership, to arranging for the car to be prepped and reviewing all of the features of the car with me. He even found a desk for me to conduct a conference call with a client of mine while I was there and went with me to drop off my rental car. What a guy! Working with Mike in finance was the same. We saw the add for a 2004 Mustang on autotrader. Although we would not be a typical customer for Park Place, we thought we'd check it out. We were very pleased with the Mustang and bought it but we were more pleased with the service. Everyone we delt with was friendly and most helpful. We were actually greatly shocked at the deal we got. In fact, Mike told us that the best deals for used cars were usually at premium car dealerships. I have already recommended thi dealership to a friend.

We dropped off the GLK in Grapevine for service and were met by Michael in the service drive who promptly arranged for Charles to drive us to the airport to catch our flight. Charles was extremely personable and knew his way around the crazy construction zone to get us to the airport in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived back at DFW, Denise Lewis picked us up at the airport and greeted us so warmly.
