I just bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz C Class 250 and it was a great experience. I typically don’t like the car buying experience but my sales person Joey Edwards was awesome. No pressure at all. He was extremely professional, polite, and friendly during the entire purchasing process. He ensured that all my needs were met. Park Place is a wonderful dealership to do business with. When I got my first Mercedes at the Bedford location, Russ Amsden was my salesman. He and the entire staff were so easy and pleasant to work with. Now that the dealership has relocated to Grapevine I can't say enough about them. The facility itself is top-notch, state of the art, and so pleasant to visit. I have my third Mercedes now. Corey was knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all he was genuine, which instills trust in your sales consultant. I never felt like he was trying to bullshit me, and he was also ta=ransparent about what was going on. The finance director I spoke to was the same way. I would definitly reccomend Park Place Grapevine, and Corey. .*****I DO NOT LIKE having to register to submit a survey. It is intrusive, and time consuming. If Corey was mediocre, I would not waste my time! However, he deserves the credit.

Easy sale. I thought the price was a little high and made an offer. The counter offer was only about 150 dollars off my price, which I knew from research was fair. No run around.

Tony Bedford is an outstanding sales consultant. His knowledge of the Mercedes Benz line of vehicles is head and shoulders above anyone that I have talked with. Mercedes-Benz employee, Don Vaughan, was extremely considerate of our wishes, almost intuitive. When we first began looking at the Mercedes, he provided all the information we needed, answering all our questions without the high-pressure tactics one often encounters. After looking at several other makes, we returned to Park Place and Don. We always felt he was straight-forward and honest. I would gladly recommend him to anyone interested in a Mercedes.
