Chris was very helpful for our new purchase of Benz. He understood our needs (mainly budget issues) and tried his hardest to meet them. I felt very supported as if he was truely on my side. I am very happy with my new car that I've never thought that I would own.

My husband and I had researched nice, used cars on line for the past few months. We thought that a BMW325i would suit our needs and give us the most value for the money. Debbie knew even the smallest detail of the cars we were considering. It was obvious she was enthusiastic about the product. Debbie worked tactfully and deligently to make the sale work for me when I was completely happy with my current Mercedes. I am thrilled I made the decision to buy and to buy from Debbie. Visit started with Debbie in service. I wanted to know when my warrantee on my 08 CLK was running out. She printed off the information I needed and provided me with extended warranty package. I looked at the pricing for the extension and asked her about who in Pre-owned sales she would recommend. (She knows me very well and the type of personality I have).
