Buying a car from Park Place Mercedes was truly a hassle free experience. Marty was an excellent salesperson and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product which he was selling. I would return to Park Place in the future and would recommend to all my friends.

Tony is a consumate professional who knows how to really deliver. He was extremely helpful a few years ago helping my daughter and later my daughter-in-law purchase their MB C300. Even when it comes to routine servicing Tony is always there with a smile and making sure they are well taken care of. This is what brought me to purchase a 2011 MB E350. Russ has waited 12 yrs to sell us another Benz. He is personable/patient/ great with customers. Wouldn't think of buying a Benz from anyone else. John made the transaction almost painless. He was funny and explained the benefits of extra coverage well. Back to Russ: we had 2 MB's. Sold the 12 yr old sports car to son. Scott was very cooperative and helpful. I felt very comfortable dealing with him over the phone, more then few sales reps. I meet here in Houston. I have visited 3 dealers and I end up buying form a sales rep. I talked to over the phone. because, Scott is thoroughly knowledgeable of his cars, thereby understanding and responding to my " few " inquiries. he always answered his phone and was available all the time for my calls. I do love my car and I am enjoying it everyday.. Thanks again for everything.

Russ was first of all a great salesmen. He took time to explain everything about the car and also took time to listen to what we wanted in our new car. He worked tirelessly to find the car that had everything and more of what we asked. He made us feel so comfortable and never seemed to rush us into the car he had on the lot.
