Both of the Gentltmen I delt with were friendly and courteous and the they were well informed on the 2012 SLK'S equipment and specs. This was very helpful to me. My wife presently has a 2001 SLK and the 2012 SLK electronic systems are considerable more complicated than the 2001. They were very patient with me in answering my questions when I was at the dealership and when I made numerous "operation" inquiries by phone, after I got the car home. Excellent car buying experience. I stopped in to test drive a Mercedes-Benz and purchased it immediately. The next day I returned to test drive an upgraded model and decided to purchase that car instead. Without hesitation, Mr. Bedford revised all the paperwork and had me in my new car that same afternoon. He has programmed his Cell Phone number into my Bluetooth so I can call him anytime with any questions. Now THAT is service.
