Our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine was, by far, the best we’ve ever had! Our sales rep, Basel Abbas, went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we really wanted. He was very friendly, quick to respond, honest, and fair. We were buying from out-of-state, and he ensured that we had all of the information we needed. Marco is the best. His genuine care and professionalism are stellar. Can’t imagine buying a car from anyone else after our experience with him. Every step of the process he made sure we got what we wanted/needed with everything from features to budget. The easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Marco responded to all emails and texts immediately and provided detailed explanations. Had the car ready to go when I visited for a test drive and a week later when purchasing the car everything was exactly as we had discussed over email. Could not be happier!
