We had a great experience! David Canales was outstanding. They had the car ready for us to test drive as soon as we arrived. David was very thorough and honest throughout the process. Very straightforward with pricing, pros and cons to different models, etc. He went above and beyond to find us the exact car that met our needs. I have never had such an easy and great experience at a dealership before. No games, very professional. 10/10 would recommend David and the dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle!
Great professional attention. Unlike my last Mercedes dealership, Grapevine service was like a well-oiled machine. The only thing I would like to see is one of the TVs in the waiting areas turned to FOX News. Since 82 percent of owners of Mercedes, Jaguar and BMW are conservative it would be nice to be able to watch the news while we wait for our Mercedes to be serviced.
Mercedes in Grapevine was a very nice dealership. David was very helpful with any questions I had and made the buying process very easy and quick.
