Great experience! Dyan H. was very accommodating, friendly, and patient. The dealership was clean and welcoming. Our new Mercedes purchasing experience was exceptional from the receptionist to Dyan along with two other sales specialist! Really disappointing experience with this dealership. Waited a year for a car I ordered, and when I finally came from out of town to get it, the options I'd discussed with the salesperson were missing. They shrugged it off, saying those weren’t available for the 2023 package I chose. Why wasn’t I informed earlier? I could’ve picked a different package, especially since this was all sorted before the car went into production.
