Don listened to what we wanted and took the time to find it. With the vehicle shortage, my expectations were low. Don taught to raise my expectations. He got exactly what we wanted in 24 hours. Don Colonne is fantastic. I’ve been happy with Mercedes Benz of Grapevine off and on since they opened, and Don has made my wife and me loyal customers. Now all of our family cars are from MB Grapevine.
I have always said that mistakes will happen, but the key is how you handle them! Yes, there was an issue but this dealership stepped up to the plate, and made it right. I had sat in the service department for about an hour and didn't even get what I needed done, and yes I had an appointment. I just needed to get a replacement key. The service manager called me personally and kept following up to make sure the situation was rectified. This is the first time I am working with Avondale and the experience was awesome. I worked with Bria and she was outstanding.
