Great service from sales rep during purchase Very disappointed that after waiting for 3 extra days for vehicle I purchased to be ready. Vehicle interior not detailed. Stuck with trunk full of dog hair!! Have requested detailing with no response.

This was my first Mercedes purchase, and 1st time to visit this dealership. I found lots of helpful, and friendly people. My sales agent, Shara, was very attentive and helped me negotiate a reasonable deal that resulted in me purchasing a car I liked~
Dealership is clean, well-staffed and employees are helpful and knowledgeable about their cars. They are honest and not high pressure. We had an excellent buying experience on a pre-owned vehicle.
I’m not easy to please, I will state that right up front. It may be because I spent 30 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer, so my expectations are normally hard to please/reach. I have to say, hands down… this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had; and at 53, I have had quite a lot.
