My experience in leasing a new C class 300 was a long process. It took over three hours before we were able to return my old lease and take home my new lease.

This was our 1st Mercedes purchase, so being unfamiliar with the product, we had numerous questions. Also, to further complicate things, we weren't sure whether we were going to buy a new or used vehicle. We made several visits to the dealership, and our salesman, Hector, was always available and patiently assisted us in our search. We appreciate his diligence and patience!
