At first I was about ready to walk away. Joe was very arrogant an blew off my appointment. I sat there 20 minutes before another associate (Josh) came to my rescue. He was great.
Dylan was my sales manager, and was greatly appreciated. After going to Dylan with what I was in search of, Dylan helped narrow the search down while showing other models and options. I recently completed the service survey following work done on my 2014 E350. I think I misinterpreted the survey. I want to commend my Service Representative David for the excellent customer service he provided. David kept me updated with the maintenance being done on the car all along the way. He is an excellent employee and an asset to Mercedes of Grapevine. My only beef had to do with the service costs but certainly not the service provided by David.
