Aimee is wonderful! I visited Volkswagen last Friday for alignment, and she gave me great advice also on what other services my car needed for safety concerns. That was in fact the second time I worked with Aimee. She has always been highly effective and fun to work with. Her sense of humor in the office complements and adds more spark to her professional attitude. Would definitely recommend her for anyone who wants fast and reliable service!
Getting service done is always stressful going into a dealership. When meeting Aimee all that changed. Her calming energy made my experience a very pleasant one. Her information and knowledge of upcoming services that are recommended for my vehicle and why they are needed were very help. Grateful for such an amazing experience. Went in to after my check engine light came on. The service and experience were great. Cassie was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure what needed to be taken care of and how urgent it was. Am definitely going back again.
Needed oil change spoke with aimee after she very knowledgabley explained how I needed some further work done which I will follow up with. As I had told aimee going to get my car serviced makes me nervous she made to be very friendly and extremely helpful when explaining what other work needs to be done to my car.
Didn't buy from them - but had a 5 star experience!! I wanted to review this dealership even though I did not buy a vehicle from them due to COVID-19 restrictions (I am an out of state buyer).
