Service was great, everything was done on time and I had no issues with my vehicle upon picking it up. Aimee was great as always, she really knows how to make you feel like a valued customer instead of just another name on the schedule. Will definitely be coming back for my next service.

easy drop off, quick and good communication Even though they were closed, I was able to schedule my appointment online over the weekend when my check engine light came on. I dropped it off the evening before in at the NiteOwl check-in box. Cassie called me right away the next morning to ask me questions about my car and explain next steps. Exceptional service We were greeted be cheerfully by Cassie as soon as we arrived. Today's service was pretty basic: oil change, tire rotation & diagnostics for the dash warning (EPC code). Cassie told us to expect to wait about 2 hours. We were out in 1 1/2 hours with a complimentary car wash. Kudos to Cassie for her professionalism. Bernie D.

Had an amazing experience at Northampton VW the other day. Was in the market for a new Suv and Omar steered me in the right direction. Went on a great test drive and he was very informative. Came back a few days later and Dwayne helped me through the process and was able to answer all of my questions. Great overall experience will be back for sure!
