After our 2018 Alltrak flooded because of the sunroof drains being clogged, mold became a problem that persisted but was finally resolved. VW Northampton’s response was most professional during the entire process. We were both pleased and impressed by the level of care and concern.
Lyndsay Travis in the Service Center is wonderful....very helpful whenever I have brought the car in (which I just bought a couple of months ago). She has gone out of her way to be accomodating. Northampton Volkwagen is lucky to have her!
I always have great service when I bring my car in. All of my questions are answered to my satisfaction and I Love how I receive a video of the inspection of the vehicle which puts me at ease even more so, so I don't feel that I'm being taken advantage of and asked to have services that are not really necessary to be done on the car.
I purchased a 2019 Anteon VW at Northampton Volkswagen. I found some minor blemishes which needed to be touched up. Melanie Zoelck, customer service representative of Tommy Car Auto Group, responded quickly to my concerns. She directed me to TommyCar Collision center where Brice Hedrrick touched up the blemishes and my 2019 Anteon has that sparkle brand new look. I am loving my new drive. Thank you, Melanie and Brice.
