Had a flat tire and drove into get repaired. I was was taken care quickly by JJ he let me know what I needed to do to get my car running smoothly again. Scheduled a next day appointment. Such professionalism, even contacted me day after the repair to make sure car was working ok .

After our 2018 Alltrak flooded because of the sunroof drains being clogged, mold became a problem that persisted but was finally resolved. VW Northampton’s response was most professional during the entire process. We were both pleased and impressed by the level of care and concern.
