Brake Rotors and Pads Replacement Northampton Volkswagen has an extremely reliable and efficient service department. Cassie is knowledgable and friendly. She is able to accomodate my service needs and keeps me updated with repair timing as well as any issues. Highly recommend!
Oil change and new timing belt/water pump. No complaints. Despite the costs it is always nice to know my vehicle is being taken care of by knowledgeable, reliable and friendly service people. We just purchased a car on March 7. We met with Zack our sales rep. Who was knowledgeable, kind, a all around great guy. He made our buying experience easy and fun. We got there at 10 am and drove away in our Volkswagon tiguan wolfberg at noon. We highly recommend purchasing your next car at Northampton Volkswagen.
Cassie is the absolute best. She keeps an eye on all of my service needs so I don’t have to even think it over and I trust her advice and knowledge completely. We have been working together for about 5 years and though I realize everyone makes mistakes? She has yet to show that particular human trait to me!
