Erik made these process fairly easy. The nogotiation process was far better then the other dealerships I shopped before buying. Melanie was also very kind and took time to personalize my keys and set up Bluetooth!

Cassie was great helping get my 2011 Q5 up to par. Bought at used dealer in CT, they weren’t quick to fix the issues. Cassie got ‘Klaus’ running right as new!
