Kind, thoughtful service. Great customer service from Cassandra Cloutier and the rest of the Service team. Speedy processing and clean facility. Servicing was completed well ahead of schedule.
Brandon is a wonderful sales person with an infectious joyous personality. I was especially impressed when I started looking at cars in the lot significantly cheaper than the car I came to look at and his response was "whatever will suit you best". Got a great deal on a brand new car and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Brandon and Northampton VW.
