Rachel and Melanie rocked! Overall, we were happy with our experience with VW Northampton. Vw Fan Now I was nit getting a VW i hated the look of the bug and the jetta. Brandon suggested i look at the tiguan, small on the outsude big on the inside. Showed me all the great feature it had to off right for me. Not too much but just enough. Knowledgable for sure and treated with respect from start to finish i will be back the for my next VW.
Smiles all over Rachel is very kind she greeted us and made us feel welcomed right away. From finding out what we were lokking for to pull up what seemed to be the right car. Everything was seamless, when it came time for number she showed me the value in the car price and i couldnt agree more. Very happy, we will be back next time around.

Keeping it local I prefer to buy local when I can. Especially when it’s a substantial purchase like an automobile. But I need to feel I am being treated fairly and that my business is appreciated.
