Quick and easy This is my second purchase from Northampton Volkswagen. They are not the closest store to my home but they are worth the trip. This time I worked with Grant and Adam. It was busy when I arrived and was greeted by Grant. He showed me a car that I liked and we struck a deal without a lot of back and forth. Adam did my final paperwork. A couple of hours after my arrival with a transfer of plates I was on my way home with my new car.
Genuine. Walk-in customer. Rachel was easy-going, authentic, and professional. Rachel was able to quickly get keys and plate ready for a vehicle which we test drove and then later negotiate a purchase for. Rachel and the whole team create a no-pressure, honest environment that I had trouble experiencing at the other nearby dealerships.
Easy as pie Everyone from the bottom to the top were amazing. They were friendly, fast, fun and accommodating. Would buy all the cars if I was Donald Trump's rich.

The best car buying experience. Northampton VW was a wonderful car shopping experience. From my internet search, first call back and meeting my wonderful salesman, John Stinson was a honest helpful gentleman who really helped me get the best deal for my trade in and purchase my beetle. John was on my side from the start and very fair to his VW company. John still cares, my daughter and I felt at ease with him and the VW store.
Exceptionally Accomodating and Friendly The staff at Northampton VW has continually been amazingly helpful, courteous and flexible every visit I have. Cassie in service is lovely and Rich, the service foreman was incredibly friendly and eager to help. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Outstanding Service Dwayne was such a genleman he made everything smooth quick and easy I’m was taken back everyone who took part in helping me and my partner get into a new vehicle was truly exceptional I will definitely recommend my friends to buy from Dwayne and staff.
