Grants Greatness I was part of the buy back program, and had a very hard time giving back Ted , my 2011 Volkswagen TDI Sportswagon , and finding a replacement that would be comparable or better than beloved Ted, I met Grant , who took on the challenge with a great attitude and incredible knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles as well as many other vehicles on the lot . VW 2015 Jetta All around great people to work with. Due to me coming in late on a Saturday we had trouble getting the deal done that day due to registry issues but they did all they possibly could. Months later still thrilled with my vehicle. Will be going there for all my service needs. Rachel was great to work with and would go back again.

My new car Dwayne and staff was awesome it took some time to get my car but I understood it was the bank they updated me everyday on what was going on I was taken away that I got approved I will be buying my future cars from here

No hassle purchase Drove three hours to buy this car and was not disappointed. Salesperson Grant met me at the door and quickly brought the car around for me to drive. I liked the car and after Grant agreed to repair some wheel scuffs easily arrived at a deal. This was an out of state purchase but all went well with that and Northampton Volkswagen staff even brought the car to me three hours away. The car and the wheel repairs look great and it was all very easy for me. I would definitely do this again.
