Jamie was great! Jamie was awesome! She was very helpful in our leasing of the 2017 VW Jetta. She is a very valuable employee. Greg was also very informative in the process. After we informed her we wanted to lease the car it did take two hours to process the paperwork. She kept apologizing for the wait. This was beyond her control. This was not acceptable in my book.
