Pleasant & effortless! We had the VW we wanted in mind and decided to go to Northampton Volkswagen. We met Omar and after a description to him of what we wanted, lo and behold there it was! Very nice - not pushy Like everyone, I'm skeptical of car dealerships! But I had a really good experience here. I dealt with Keith Natale and Elvis Cangieter. Both very nice, not pushy. They were very helpful, but allowed me space to make decisions. They didn't seem desperate to just get a sale, which absolutely made me feel more confident in dealing with each of them. If I have a good experience with the car itself, I would absolutely return to this dealership... and ask for them.
