Maintenance check on my 2020 Trax. This is my third lease with Chevrolet. Leased with them when they were Pat O'Brien Chevrolet, and now I'm leasing my 2020 Trax with Serpentini Chevrolet. The service was fast and the people are nice, which is always the case. Carla Clayton helped me with the lease a few months ago. She's very friendly and very easy to work with.

I had a pleasant experience when I went to get my oil changed at the new Serpentini Chevrolet in Willoughby Hills. I leased my Equinox from the Strongsville location and was happy to see they now have a location close to where I live. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and friendly.
