Why the poorest rating I can give? Let us start with 'shysters', 'vultures', 'liars',... you get the point. I only went to the dealer this past fall (2013) in order to claim a prize which was offered to me in the mail and which said I had to go to the dealer to get. It was a ploy, of course.

As soon as we got to the dealership, Lee Herbert our salesman greeted us with a friendly handshake and a smile. We told him what our limitations were and he delivered. The staff was friendly and appreciated our business. They made the entire process fast and easy. We didn't have to wait 4 hours like other dealerships that we have been to in the past. Scott Peters is an awesome salesperson and here's why! Almost closing on a Toyota from a different dealership, we decided to look at a Hyundai. We were greeted by Scott Peters with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. We test drove an Accent, but decided we needed something bigger. Excellent sale, although all of the negotiations took quite a while. Tim Smith-Laclaire was extremely helpful and even drove my new car to me two days later, and I live two hours from Greenfield. I would recommend Country Hyundai to those who prefer to deal with a small, friendly dealership.

Arrived for 6 month service appointment; friendly greeting; car taken right away and finished within a normal period of time. Reasonable service fee. Tom has always been very friendly and accommodating, even if we have occasion to drop in without an appointment. Also, chatted with Scott Peters while waiting for our car. He too is always friendly and informative as to Hyundai's current cars or what is changing or not on new models, etc. Enjoy his updates.

Excellent service! I did have 1 question though. I just received an email saying that if you purchase a car at country hyundai this month you get a free 50" tv. I didn't get a tv.....??

I came from Keene NH under the assumption that I was preapproved, and they were ready to make a deal . Marcus was the one who told me to come down. When I arrived , he was too busy to even talk to me. Shinny started showing me random cars I had no interest in . I was there with my 4 year old son. I ended up sitting there for 2 hours for nothing , then driving all the way home .
