This dealership and the sales people are only interested in making money, no interest in customer service. Once they have your money good luck. I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from this business, complying with all of their requests, asked specifically if they needed the deposit before processing any registration paperwork and was told outright that aside from contacting my insurance agent, to bring the check with me at the end of the following day when picking up my vehicle. Scott was not only knowledgeable but one of the nicest,friendliest salespeople I have dealt with when purchasing a car. He did all he could to accomodate us with the purchase of a used Santa Fe. I would recommend anyone to see him if they plan to purchase a vehicle frrom Country Hyundai. Alex was well prrepared and explained everything to us while doing all the paperwork that went along with our purchase. We were able to leave the dealership the same day with our "new" car purchase. Scott was a great sales person he knew everything and answered every question we had. he is knowledgeable about his job n the vehicles he is selling, Finance was on point was approved in mins no hassle, delivery of vehicle was abit slow about a week not sure if it had to to do with the bank but overall were satisfied with the outcome. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I have been going here since I bought my car and they have been great with all our service needs. They have been polite, honest and most of all they had the jobs done in a fair amount of time so there was not a lot of waiting time.

Scott Peters was one of the best customer service/salesman I've ever come in contact with. Scott listened! He heard my needs, wants and he showed that he wanted to help and get me the best deal that I could get. I was also impressed that he remembered our names. He had my name on paper, but he remembered my wife's name which I thought was impressive. Actually was looking for a used car but ended up with a lease, that we co-signed with our daughter. Tim was great, when my daughter picked up her car, he even helped install the carseat for her 1 yr old. He went above and beyond helping her out!

We appreciated the effort that Tim put into helping us find a new car that would fit into our budget. I also appreciated the fact that I did not feel pressured into making a decision/purchase. Other salemen we have encountered at other dealerships have made us uncomfortable in the way they pushed so hard to make the sale.
