Girls in service department knew nothing about Infinity cars. Charged me $300.00 for absolutely nothing. What a rip off !!

When I dropped my vehicle to their service on a Wednesday, my service manager said it would be ready by Friday. I called him on Friday afternoon, he said it won't be ready till next day. I called him again Saturday, now they said my service manager didn't come to work, and also the technician didn't come to work. No one tried to solve the matter. They had my vehicle for nearly a month. I had a loaner. They did find that I had a radiator crack and yes the issue I had was fixed. However then did a 21 point inspection on my vehicle and didn't even find that my windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. They are extremely over priced for there services.

Usually they get 5 stars across the board from me however with this last visit I am left extremely disappointed. My car started to make a grinding sound last week and I took it in. Turned out to be my transfer casing and was quoted a little over $7300 for the service. I asked how does this happen? If I bring it to you guys for ALL repairs and you are doing this "extensive" multipoint check every time how'd it get missed?!?!?! They only wanted to sale you the car. They never followed up on how the customer enjoyed their car or not. They ordered part for my car never give you a Curious or consideration Update on the part. i'm still waiting. It's been close to a month now.
