We looked and drove the car. for a car 3 years old it looked and smelled like it had been driven more then what is on carfax. Also what was on the odometer was not 32,000 miles but 23,000. too many red flags for us.

Customer service has been worsening over the past year, but I chalked it up to being situational. This last experience was the worst overall and I won't be returning for any future services. They were very lazy and don't want to work on my car

I'm not sure they actually changed my oil last week. The oil filter and then the engine oil light are lit up. They also told me my service contract expired on my last visit but I have documentation stating otherwise. I enjoy my car but the service department at this dealership is suspect. I do not trust them and they undervalue my car because I've had to get different mechanic to work on my car for 1000k mile service. No problems with my car just with Grubbs service department.

My experience was unsatisfactory. I schdeduled an appt for a flat tire. The adviser did not tell what was wrong with my tire only that I needed a new tire and it would cost 337.00 for one tire. I wasn't told that the tire couldn't be fixed until the next day when I inquired about it. No pictures were texted to me showing me the damage to the tire and pointing out why it could not be fixed. Grubbs Infiniti did not accept my coupon they send us for oil change and tire rotation for $69.95. They charged us way more than I went for and expected. The 2 managers Carlos and Jeremy were rude said they can change their prices for small scripture on coupon had. The coupon says 'Grubbs sets thier prices' not that they change prices AND/OR deny my coupon they sent me. The inside manager in charge overall of Grubbs Infiniti never returned my call. Poor Service and Incompetence. Brought my vehicle in for a windshield replacement. Not only was the initial windshield faulty, but it was also installed incorrectly, forcing me to use a loaner vehicle due to their mistakes. What was supposed to be a one-day job turned into a 10-day ordeal. Completely unacceptable and a clear display of incompetence. Would not recommend their service.

Completed work on my vehicle without my approval. Never called me about status of my vehicle. Poor quality service from staff. Quoted me repairs on my car for $5000, which consistently happens every time I bring the car in during an oil change, whether I get repairs done or not. Do not use this place for repairs. They do not care about you, tey to steal your money on repairs, and do not accept responsibility for anything.

My car took more than a month to be services, and no updates. I had to keep calling and left several messages. They've been good in the past, so I'm hoping this was a one time situation.
