Very poor service this is the third time we had to wait 3 hours for an oil change

I wish the service tells me that I need some repair new one parts. Only just two parts for sparks and oil changes. Then I went there again in a few weeks later. Ugh! Waste my time. So disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. Took my car in to get an oil change done and they returned it with a broken windshield. Would not admit that their employees did it and I had to pay to get it fixed. Service manager is rude and very unprofessional.

Vehicle has not been serviced... I keep getting surveys regarding how was the service, and I'm still waiting for them to call and schedule. I've sent emails, and a return call, but still no answer, yet I keep getting these surveys as if they worked on my vehicle.

March 19was OK with the oil change. It was the March 29 service that was a nightmare. Went in for changing of the oils of the power steering and the brake fluid. When they gave me the car back I had a radiator leak. They tell me OK will fix it for $2400. Funny I didn't go in with a radiator leak but I come out with one? That was discouraging.

I bought my Acura MDX from you July 2023. I bought the extended warranty including tires. I had a flat tire and inquired if that was covered in my warranty. It was, as was a rental car. When i called State Farm to start a claim they had no record of me in the system. Turns out when I bought the car, someone forgot to send in my warranty to State Farm. So my flat tire was Tuesday. Since purchasing my vehicle from Grubbs San Antonio I've experienced poor service from the sales team to the service department. They truly need training in customer service among other things.

I paid $500 more than my offer because I was guaranteed a car detail and full service inspection. The car has squeaking breaks and was delivered dirty.
