they charge me for things and fix things on my car without my permission which I knew nothing about. They charge an exorbitant amount for their diagnostic and then they charge for labor on top of the diagnostic. The diagnostic is $249 and the labor is separate at $249 so basically you spent $500 before you even get your car fixed. i've never heard of that in my life. They never evaluated the issue I originally took the car in to be looked at. Instead, they identified "critical" more costly issues. Then backtracked on one I pushed back on. Never going there again!

Customer service was excellent but the service deparment did not tight the oil drain plug it was leaking and there was a lot of missing fasteners on the bottom engine cover which i have to replace.

I would never purchase another Infinity and I'd never purchase from this dealership. I had problems the first 24 hrs. I was also sold a QX60 that doesn't even had the features I wanted. By the time I realized it it was a mint and to late. They never made it up to me nor did they give me an offer to buy it back that was anything less than insulting. Garbage dealership.

Communication was terribly lacking to the point I was having to call to get updates on the status of my car due to delayed parts and other things. I doubt I will be returning here again with an older, out of warranty repair.

Charging $400.00 for A/C work that my QX60 didn't need and in which was damage while doing timing chains , they are such a rip off .."beware" My car just low on freon, had to recharge system myself.
