Not good competent techs...recommend full exhaust system replacement when only a part replacing is needed.

Unfortunately when catalytic converters fail there are guidelines that must be followed to repair them properly and no repairs were recommended beyond Infiniti guidelines based on codes presented and failed part verifications.

Unfortunately, the dealership has had multiple issues resolving the Power Steering issue causing the vehicle to be too hazardous to drive. This was not a lemon vehicle, I had it for 4 years and always had it maintained. This is due to current servicing issues at that location resulting in the work being poorly done.
0 stars. One of the wipers is cracked and doesn't function correctly. A week after I purchased the car I had to use the wipers and it wasn't fully cleaning the front window. When I looked closer the left hand wiper was cracked/broken so it doesn't touch the glass. ALso, the windshield wiper fluid barely comes out. I called my sales agent and she said it was clogged and to wipe it. That didn't help though. This is a fake event. I have not been back to this dealership since I picked up the vehicle on March 14th. I would like to see the paperwork for this event as it didn't happen, and they don't have my signature for approval as no work was done on my vehicle. I am astonished they are submitting fake information on this platform.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change but was told no appointment was needed. When I arrived at the San Antonio dealership, I didnt get a service consultant to help me for about 15 minutes. The explanation I was given for the wait was I didnt have an appointment (even though there was no vehicles waiting in the bay).
Horrible customer services
Not the best work very disappointed in the way they handle things. Once they take your money they could care less if your happy or not with wrk done. I would recommend another place for service this one doesn't live up to the standard of that of a Lexus dealer
Not satisfactory. Sales man sold me a car that "never was in a collision" find out it was. Rear trunk doest not closed, really bad bodyshop paint peeling off. Am stuck with a $40k debt
