I had the car shipped to me and after taking it to another infiniti dealership they discovered an array of mechanical issues, thankfully it is all covered under warranty because it was pre certified but I am disappointed because if I didn't have it checked I would have never known the car was messed up.

Took my vehicle here in July of 2023 for diagnose/repair. It was kept for 3 week before I was informed it would cost $7000 to repair. (when I had already paid $3500). Ended up having it towed to a cheaper repair shop. Ultimately, a waste of 3 weeks, $3500 dollars and 2 tow truck trips. Also, they recommended they install a new battery stating it was "bad" when I had just purchased the current battery 2 month prior. Infiniti wanted to charge me 4k to fix my car with a it might not fix the problem and will be an additional 14k! I fixed it at an outside shop for $700!! My car is fine!! Don't trust their service dept any longer.

The transmission went out on a 2014 qx60 Infiniti with a 180,000 miles. There is a known issue with CVT transmission.. slips, causes the vehicle to have jagged acceleration, hesitation, etc. Cost of over $10,000 to fix.

Went in for a warrantied faulty washer fluid sensor. They initially told us it could be up to 4 hours so offered a loaner which we accepted to run an errand. Went back at 5:30pm because we hadnt gotten an update and were told the guys were gone for the day and the part had to be ordered. Were told to hang on to the loaner so went home got called the next day - picked up the vehicle then was called that the loaner had a nail in the tire and was unrepairable you own us $352 - they just charged our card without authorization. They said they performed an alignment but ended up breaking the rear lower control arm. Had to spend $1200 to get it fixed AND realigned. They LIED about the alignment.
