They broke something in bottom of my perfectly smooth running and sounding car. They denied they did it, of course. Horrible. You cannot trust a dealership. You get price gouged then on back end mess something up and deny deny deny.

the started charging customers to use "credit" at checkout and with the expenses of car repairs so high this is disappointing and frustrating.

We Lost a GREAT TEAM!!! Get ready people for very Robotic Customer service!! We Lost Ricky:(, Kim:(, Shawndi:(, Alan:( They were so Honest and Truly cared about their customers and their concerns and needs they helped and checked on you would go the extra 1000 miles for you Oscar is Great, so is Camile that's all we have left INFINITI OF SAN ANTONIO IS GOING TO LOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS!!!!! Incompetent employees. Never returning and they lost my business with the countless times they wasted my time and for lack of communication and inconsistent information relayed to me. Furthermore, they did not do a thorough inspection of the vehicle which would have led to serious injury or death.

Car was given back since dealership was not able to transfer title to me poor customer service would never recommend this dealership. What professional dealership sales a car they can't legally sale. 6months of the run around from a prestigious dealership very disappointed.

Purchased a car from them, as is, no warranty, getting car home, parked in the garage. In the morning there was a very odor of gasoline in my garage. I took the car and told about this issue and they are willing to fix the issue for $2000! The car is a 2014 Ford Mustang and paid $35000 for it. Cannot believe that they would sell a vehicle which is unsafe, maybe even catch on fire
