After 8+ years servicing my car here, I had to speak with the manager Ricky. He let me understand that to him its more important to be right than doing whats right.

No service was done on my car. It was just rinsed off. And it broke down 3 days later after I bought the car. And it's been almost two weeks since I last seen it.

I am new to this dealership. My last 4 visits, at this dealership, I never had a service advisor meet with me when I drop my car off. I am met by a "Valet" who meets and greets and then directs me to a waiting room. At the previous dealership, I would always be met with a service advisor. I guess I was spoiled. Oil changes will always exceed a 90 minute wait time at both dealerships. I am just disappointed with the "new" way of doing business. I am being reduced from Customer to just an "Invoice" number

To be honest, this place is the worst place to get you car serviced at. If it wasnt for my service advisor, Alan, I would have returned my car. It all starts with the sales person and up to management. They dont care about you after you make a buy. They sell you promises they cannot not keep.

It took three hours or more even though we had an appointment. Then walked out of there paying $200 for an oil change and tire rotation.

the car was stolen insurance paid for several things and they decided to change both catalyst converters. when insurance only approved for one. so for they could break even they didnt replace some items. while it was there had them change oil not sure if they did. They did not reset the mileage on it and car was still showing to change oil.
