It was an awful experience. One of my most disappointing. Extremely poor customer service, rushed and didnt clean my vehicle after charging me for a dirty vehicle that was given to me. Second guessing my decision to purchase with this dealership

they took their time in making sure the car was in good shape. however we did have to wait over a week after the purchase to receive the car. when we got the car it did still have some noticeable scratches that did not seem to be addressed or were done shodely
Used car I bought was having major issues after 2 weeks of purchasing. Service doesn't pay much attention to used car buyers, they simply don't follow up and you have to be constantly calling them to check status. Problem was engine overheating (thermostat) took easily over 3 months and repair cost was $1268.93 (for replacing thermostat) I am regretful I came to this place. I won't do business here anymore nor will I recommend to anybody.

Will be having to take my vehicle back yet again for a brake job that I was initially told I needed. I wasn't having any problems with brakes and since the replacement was done, have taken vehicle back for squealing from the brakes and was told technician failed to grease them properly. Had them correct problem, so I thought. Now, the squealing is even worse, not only squeals at backing up but even when moving forward or applying brakes. Makes loud noise when driving, like rubbing or something.

Went in for an oil change, they kept me there for 3 hours. I had to ask multiple times about the status of my car and no answer from anyone and then they said that the filter was the reason. They could told me that sooner and gave me a loaner.
Awful customer service and arrogant employees. They dont have courtesy to say they can not perform service if their workers are gone. Waited 2 hours and then they came back saying they dont have technicians to perform service on my car.
They gave us a loaner car, and on the way back to pick up our care and take back the loaner, we had a blowout , which is a maintenance problem, they made us pay for them a new tire. And they were paid for detailing the car and it was not detailed. We have to drive 145 miles to this dealership and then back home. We will never go back to them. Terrible customer service
It took me 30 minutes just for the Oil change. Horrible customer service. Welcome staff was great but not the consultant who did not care what I complained about why took so long just the oil change.

Unfortunately 30 minutes is about the minimum time anyone can do a proper oil change and inspection. While we try and be respectful of people's time we won't sacrifice safety to rush you or our techs through the process hopefully you can understand that.
