Excellent experience! My service appointment was pleasant and efficient from start to finish. The car was done 15 minutes earlier than promised. The service adviser was friendly, thorough and helpful, and both the check-in and check-out procedures were simple and fast. The waiting area was clean and inviting.

Really fast repair on my 2017 CRV. The shift knob broke off on my car and needed immediate repair. This happened on a Saturday, we called the service dept said come over, I expected to leave the car there, but they fixed it right then. I will always deal with Herb Chambers Honda. Excellent service. PS. They said the knob was a recall from factory, I hadn’t received my notice yet.
2 dashboard lights came on check engine. going out of town and needed help. the gentleman at desk made sure things were taken care of that day. explained the problem to us. ordered a part to be installed later.
Great customer service Drive up and quickly taken care of by service reps. Friendly service rep. Quoted about 45 minutes wait and it was less than 20 minutes for the inspection sticker.
Quick and easy service I waited for the vehicle for a routine oil change and also two warranty concerns. Everything was completed quickly and Pete kept me informed the whole time
Service and waiting area are great Overall the service are great, and waiting area is also good, Although there is a software update didn’t go through and need to come back. I was informed the issue and status.
Matt provided excellent service when CRV fixed Matt G. was excellent assisting me while getting my Honda CRV fixed. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I recommend him highly and the service dept.
Inspection sticker and routine maintenance The service provided by Patrick was exceptional! Due to personal issues I needed to have my service done in the shortest amount of time and he was able to accommodate my request. Very friendly and professional.
