Professionalism to the Max What an improvement not only in the beautiful new renovations that makes the flow much better and omits the awkwardness of standing around when dropping off your car waiting to have eye contact with someone. Plenty of places to wat, the service rep Jody was awesome and kept in close communication with me. Service appt. Peter was great from start to finish. I had to get major work done on the car and wasnt expecting it when I went in for an oil change but he got all work done on time as promised. Thanks, Peter.
Service I called and was able to get an appointment right away at my convenience. Once I arrived, I was seen immediately. Jody was professional and knowledgeable. He took detailed notes for the service team and got back to me exactly the time he said he would for an update. My car was washed and vacuumed and runs perfectly.
Great working with Herb Chambers Westbourgh Dealership very helpful but more importantly Sy Smit Sales Consultant listened to what I wanted as a consumer. He was very detailed in answering my questions and did not talk down to me when I had questions, not knowing how many technical parts worked. His calm manor and respect made it such a pleasure to do business. I will recommend Sy in the future.
