No hassle purchase The experience was very relaxed and easy going. Erik answered all my questions and was able to meet a deal that was very beneficial to us both. There was some miscommunication with Toan on the tire protection plan. I had waived everything, but was charged the tire protection plan. However, it was quickly corrected by reimbursing the amount through paying down the principle of the loan.
Great buying experience.....again! Ken Natanel is the best. Sold me my first Honda (2016 Accord) and now just got me into a new 2018. Super easy and fast. Total piece of cake.
Leased a new car Our sales associate David Yang, was fantastic! He was patient and kind and made our experience pain free. I especially like the way he illustrates on paper the options we had for leasing. Toan Lam in Finance was equally wonderful!
Fine service and very prompt! Second service visit and feel comfortable from beginning to end.The only issue which needs to be addressed would be the ladies room toilet which does not work appropriately.
Convenience Jim made a point to get my issues hadnled immediately, and made me aware of when my service was done so that I could be ready for the shuttle to pick me up.
sales person i wish to pay the highest praise on Charles Grillo the sales rep that i dealt with. i couldn't ask for any more than what he did !!!!!!!!!!!.He was very knowledgeable about the car i leased and explained all in a fantastic way.
