No hassle purchase The experience was very relaxed and easy going. Erik answered all my questions and was able to meet a deal that was very beneficial to us both. There was some miscommunication with Toan on the tire protection plan. I had waived everything, but was charged the tire protection plan. However, it was quickly corrected by reimbursing the amount through paying down the principle of the loan.

Leased a new car Our sales associate David Yang, was fantastic! He was patient and kind and made our experience pain free. I especially like the way he illustrates on paper the options we had for leasing. Toan Lam in Finance was equally wonderful!

Fine service and very prompt! Second service visit and feel comfortable from beginning to end.The only issue which needs to be addressed would be the ladies room toilet which does not work appropriately.
